Hettie worked with PR and brand specialist Shara Tochia on the creation of DOSE - an online lifestyle site dedicated to helping Londoners find balance through fitness, food and drink. Hettie is the lead copywriter and works with Shara to programme fitness events around London.
Past events include Ballet at the Bar(re) with Royal Ballet trained Karis Scarlette, a Fitness Rave at The Edition Hotel and FloatFit, a workout on water at Dolphin Square - the video from which went viral with over 19m hits on Facebook.

Hettie worked with Spa designer (Spa Junkie columnist for the FT’s How to Spend it) Inge Theron on the creation of Face Gym - the UK’s first gym for the face that launched in Selfridges May 2014.
Hettie worked closely with Luisa Inwood (LCI Designs) to create the brand DNA, identity and language to inform all design collateral. Hettie continues to support the brand on programming for future store openings including; Harrods, Neville Belgravia and the flagship store.
Hettie worked with Luisa Inwood (LCI designs) and retail design agency Sheridan&Co on the rebrand of ETHOS - a yoga fitness hybrid studio. Together they devised a new brand strategy, design language and identity using the subject of alchemy, ahead of the launch of their new London flagship in Spitalfields Market.
Hettie worked with Spa designer Inge Theron and concept crafter Luisa Inwood (LCI designs) on the spa strategy, customer journey, treatment menus and wellness programming for luxury hotel - Faena Miami. Together they conceived a new spa amenities line “Tierra Santa".
