A strategic brand consultancy for the health and fitness sector
Hettie worked with PR and brand specialist Shara Tochia on the creation of DOSE - an online lifestyle site dedicated to helping Londoners find balance through fitness, food and drink. Hettie is the lead copywriter and works with Shara to programme fitness events around London.
Past events include Ballet at the Bar(re) with Royal Ballet trained Karis Scarlette, a Fitness Rave at The Edition Hotel and FloatFit, a workout on water at Dolphin Square - the video from which went viral with over 19 million views on Facebook.
Hettie worked closely with Luisa Inwood (LCI Designs) to create the brand DNA, identity and language to inform all brand collateral. H&H continues to support the brand on a consultancy basis for future store openings.

Hettie worked with Luisa Inwood (LCI designs) and retail design agency Sheridan&Co on the rebrand of ETHOS - a yoga fitness hybrid studio. Together they devised a new brand strategy, design language and identity using the theme of alchemy, ahead of the launch of their London flagship in Spitalfields Market.
